Mineral & Industrial Raw Material
Iron Ore is a core industrial commodity supplied by ARASCO Conster Action Limited to steel producers and manufacturing customers worldwide. Sourced through our trusted network of mines and processors.
Iron Ore is a naturally occurring mineral from which metallic iron is extracted, predominantly in the form of hematite (Fe₂O₃) and magnetite (Fe₃O₄). Hematite is the more widely used ore in efficient steelmaking due to its higher iron yield and favorable processing characteristics. Iron content (Fe%) is the primary quality determinant, alongside impurity levels such as silica, alumina, phosphorus, and sulfur.
| Property | Standard Grade | High Grade | DR-Grade Pellets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fe Content | 58% – 62% | 63% – 68% | 67%+ |
| Moisture | 2% – 10% | 2% – 8% | Low |
| Silica (SiO₂) | 1% – 8% | 1% – 4% | ≤3% |
| Alumina (Al₂O₃) | 1% – 5% | 0.5% – 2% | ≤0.5% |
| Phosphorus (P) | 0.10% max | 0.05% – 0.10% max | Low |
| Sulfur (S) | 0.05% max | 0.05% max | Low |
